Apparel and textile contract manufacturing

Private-label apparel and textiles: brief cut-and-sew capacity with fabric, size run, and decoration, or pool a small first order.

Who this is for: D2C clothing brands and private-label retailers worldwide that need cut-and-sew or textile production, including teams whose first size run is under a factory minimum.

ZestHub connects apparel buyers with manufacturers worldwide. It is not a garment factory and it does not hold inventory. You publish a brief—style, fabric responsibility, size run, decoration, and quantity—and factories return quotes.

Say whether the mill or the factory supplies the fabric, who approves lab dips and fit samples, and which decoration you need (print, embroidery, or none). Those choices move both price and lead time. Put the destination market in the RFQ so labeling and packing quotes match where you will sell.

Apparel MOQs are often per colour and per size. If a launch cannot fill that grid, a Community Pool can combine compatible demand. Use it when the spec can be shared. Use a one-buyer RFQ when the style, fabric, or branding cannot.

Textile and social certifications show on a profile only when that supplier lists them. Do not treat a category page as proof that every apparel vendor holds a given standard. Open the profile and read what that factory has actually listed.

Attach or describe the style, fabric, and size breakdown.

State who sources the cloth and who approves the fit sample.

Quote decoration separately from cut-and-sew if you may drop it.

Give a realistic ex-factory window, not only a marketing launch date.

Questions buyers ask

Can a D2C apparel brand source private label on ZestHub?

Yes. Post an RFQ with the style, fabric, sizes, and quantity. Factories that match the apparel category can quote. Buyers do not pay ZestHub to send the request.

What if my size run is below the factory MOQ?

Join or start a Community Pool when other buyers can share a compatible spec so combined units meet the minimum. If the style must stay exclusive, negotiate that on a standard RFQ instead of a pool.

Does ZestHub verify every textile certification?

ZestHub shows certifications a supplier chooses to list and reviews vendors through its own onboarding. It does not mean every apparel factory holds the same certificate. Read the profile.
